Food writer and cookbook author Amy Rosen added bakery entrepreneur to her resume three years ago when she opened up Rosen’s Cinnamon Buns in her hometown of Toronto – selling her crave-worthy hot-out-of-the oven buns to hungry fans. Now, using all natural ingredients and the same recipe used at her storied little bakery, you can bake Rosen’s Cinnamon Buns in your very own home. Amy decided to close her bakery after Christmas in 2018 to concentrate on launching the frozen buns. Here are some stories about where it all began…
